Yea, that's literally how I felt when the iPhone 4 launched.
Frustrated in choices. I was happy with my iPhone 3G and 9000...then that day came. I had both the Blackberry 9700 AND iPhone 4. A lot have asked me on my opinion on them and which one I would prefer, well...here's my opinion.
Apple iPhone 4:
- Good if you're bored 90% of the time in your life
- Easy to learn (Great for the technology-challenged)
- Simplicity to it's finest when it comes to function
- Uploading music is a breeze
- Macro/Auto-focus camera with flash
- HD Video recording
- Thin (For those who care)
- Battery life is a lot better than the older generation
- Excellent for the Apple fan boys and girls
Blackberry 9700:
- Hell lot faster than the older Blackberries
- 2 day battery life
- Easily fixable when broken for the techies out there
- BRIGHT flash for the camera
- Fully customizable with themes and OS (Easily sourced too)
- Trackpad instead of the trackball (A lot less break downs)
- Great for emails (Instant)
- Works with the BEZ server which is used in a lot of corporate companies
- Awesome for the Blackberry Messenger addict
Seriously, if you're not going to use the Blackberry for work then the iPhone 4 might be a better option. Now, if you're addicted to BBM then stick to Blackberry unless you can let go of that service. Switching to the iPhone 4 I've noticed that my emails are not instant. That's terrible for me for work. Thank god I have both phones or else my life would be in chaos. I can easily switch to iPhone 4 only or just the Blackberry 9700 only, but I won't. I've learnt to incorporate both in my life because I'm just a total nerd like that.

I'm according with you. But I hate have to use two phones all the time. I hope apple improve it soon.
@humanbeing_p: I'll be reviewing the Blackberry 9800 which will be running on the Blackberry 6 OS. It will be like as if a Blackberry 9700 and iPhone 4 had a baby. I can't wait for the release because it should solve my problem of having to always carry two phones! :)

Here's my suggestion - wait for the new Windows Phone 7. It's gonna be hot! trust me.
Frankie: Lolz Windows? I'm a Windows fan girl but their operating system on phones are a HUGE let down. Le sigh.
Oh Christine, I think you just haven't seen much of their new Mobile OS yet! They literally killed the old Windows Mobile team (which, I agree, sucked big time) and started from _scratch_ to build the new Windows Phone 7 OS.
